Ingredients

 2 cups medium noodles
 1 11 -ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Stalk celery1 , thinly sliced
 1 2 1/2-ounce jar sliced mushrooms, drained
 Pimiento2 Tablespoon, diced
 Snipped parsley1 Tablespoon, dried
 Minced onion1 Teaspoon, dried
 2 cups chopped cooked beef, pork, or ham
 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon, melted

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain well.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine soup, milk, and sour cream.
Stir in celery, mushrooms, pimiento, parsley, and onion.
Stir in cooked noodles and meat.
Transfer to a 2-quart casserole.
In a small bowl combine bread crumbs and melted butter.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over casserole.
