Mix mince, bread, onion, egg, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, parsley, salt and pepper together.
Line a 22cm x 12cm loaf dish with paper towels.
Place half the mixture into prepared dish.
Place eggs along the centre.
Top with remaining mince mixture.
Cook for 10 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese.
Cook a further 2 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH.
