Meatballs In Hot Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Seasoned salt | 1 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 7-oz. bottle lemon- lime carbonated beverage | ||
| 1 can cheese soup | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine beef, crumbs, egg, salt, oregano, pepper and 1/2 cup carbonated beverage.
Mix thoroughly.
Form into small balls.
Place in shallow baking pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until browned and thoroughly cooked.
Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce and remaining carbonated beverage in saucepan; blend well.
Combine meatballs and sauce; simmer until heated through.
Serve in chafing dish with rye bread rounds.
