Meatballs In Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 lb. ground veal
1/4 lb. lean ground pork
1/4 lb. bulk sausage
1 egg
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
Gravy
Directions
Mix thoroughly all ingredients except gravy.
Shape into meatballs and brown in skillet or on broiler rack in 400° oven.
Prepare gravy in crock pot.
Add meatballs.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours (on high setting for 3 to 4 hours).
