Tasty Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Sausage | 1/3 Pound | |
| Applesauce | 1/2 Can (10oz) | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| 1 med. onion, chopped fine | ||
| Flour | ||
| Bacon grease | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix beef and sausage; add applesauce, crumbs, egg, onion and seasoning.
Shape into balls and roll in flour.
Brownwell in grease.
Putin casserole.
Mix catsup and water; pour over balls.
Cover and bake 40 minutes in 375 degree oven.
Stir occasionally.
