|2 1/2 to 3 lb. ground chuck or lean ground beef|
|Romano cheese||1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Dry bread crumbs||2/3 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Parsley flakes||4 Teaspoon, dried|
Mix all ingredients well and shape into 30 to 36 meatballs about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
