Meatballs With Wine Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Meatballs:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Dash Tabasco
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Flour
Sauce:
4 strips bacon, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup Burgundy wine
1/4 cup water
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
Hot cooked noodles
Directions
Mix ground beef with remaining ingredients except flour and form into about 16 meatballs.
Dust with flour.
