Ingredients

 Round steak3/4 pound
 Egg1
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), pressed
 3 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 1/4 teaspoon each black pepper and crumbled dried oregano
 Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
 3 tablespoons freshly grated
 Romano or Parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix together all ingredients, chill, then form into walnut-sized balls.
