 Minced onion5 Cup (80 tbs)
 Parsley1 Tablespoon
 Parmesan cheese5 Cup (80 tbs)
 Breadcrumbs5 Cup (80 tbs)

Directions

Add all to a bowl and mix well with your hands.
Chill in the fridge for 10 min
Roll into golf ball size balls
Heat a pan to medium add a spot of oil
Add the meatballs
brown on all sides
add .25 cups water (or white wine) and cover to steam until liquid is gone
line a 9 x 13 pan with your favorite sauce
add meatballs to pan
cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or so
eat and enjoy

Yes it's much easier to make round ones than triangular ones... lol It helps when you stick the meat in the fridge for 10/20 minutes before you start to roll...
