 Consomme1 Can (10 oz)
 Bouillon1 Can (10 oz)

Combine meat, steak sauce, celery salt and onion salt; shape into balls 1 inch in diameter.
Saute mushrooms in butter for.10 minutes; remove from pan and set aside.
Add meatballs to butter in pan and brown well on all sides; set aside.
Blend flour into drippings; add paprika, consomme and bouillon.
Cook until well blended.
Return meatballs and mushrooms to pan; simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Garnish with small peas, if desired.
