Homemade Meatball Stroganoff Recipe

 Ground beef1 1⁄2 Pound
 Milk3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Bread crumbs3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Parsley3 Teaspoon
 Margarine1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Chopped onion3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Mushrooms1 Can (10 oz), drained
 Paprika3⁄4 Teaspoon
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Condensed beef bouillon1 Can (10 oz)
 Sour cream1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Combine meat, milk, crumbs, salt, pepper and parsley.
Shape into balls; saute in margarine until brown.
Add small amount of additional margarine; add onion and cook until tender.
Add mushrooms and paprika; sprinkle flour over mushroom mixture.
Add bouillon and 3/4 teaspoon salt; simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in sour cream just before serving.
Serve over rice.
