Homemade Meatball Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread crumbs | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Paprika | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 can condensed beef bouillon | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine meat, milk, crumbs, salt, pepper and parsley.
Shape into balls; saute in margarine until brown.
Add small amount of additional margarine; add onion and cook until tender.
Add mushrooms and paprika; sprinkle flour over mushroom mixture.
Add bouillon and 3/4 teaspoon salt; simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in sour cream just before serving.
Serve over rice.
