Meatball Chowder Recipe
I am sure you wouldn't mind getting hooked to this Meatball Chowder recipe. A great Side Dish recipe is one like this. It is always prepared with Beef as the most essential ingredient. When it comes to cooking I am my worst critic. Kindly comment and let me know how is this Meatball Chowder.
Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. oil
4 onions, chopped
6 c. tomato juice
6 beef bouillon cubes
4 c. sliced celery
3 c. diced potatoes
4 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. long grain rice
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 12-oz. can Mexicorn
Directions
Combine beef, salt, pepper, eggs, parsley, cracker crumbs and milk; mix well.
Shape into 40 small balls.
Coat balls with flour; brown in oil in 10-quart kettle.
Add 6 cups water and remaining ingredients except Mexicorn.
Bring to a boil; cover.
Reduce heat; simmer for 20 minutes.
Add corn; simmer for 10 minutes longer.
