Meatball Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Pinch of oregano | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken broth | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 c. fine egg noodles | ||
Directions
Mix the ground beef, oregano, egg, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and bread crumbs and shape into meatballs about 1/2 inch in diameter.
Pour the broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the meatballs and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add the noodles and cook for about 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
