Meatball Boats Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Cheddar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Catsup | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), desiccated | |
| Cheese | 15 | |
| 30 thin sticks cucumber | ||
Directions
Combine meat, cheese, catsup and pepper.
Shape mixture into about 30 meatballs.
Toss in coconut until well coated.
Place on greased baking pan and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
Cut each cheese slice into 2 triangles.
Place 1 cheese slice and 1 cucumber stick together.
Secure through top and bottom with toothpick to form the mast and sail.
Attach to the meatball.
