Meat Spread Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pound meat, cooked, cut up (leftovers)
1 onion, coarsely diced
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons soy flour
sprig of parsley
Directions
Blend all ingredients.
Moisten with favorite salad dressing.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups variation Use leftover fish or fowl instead of meat.
