Meat Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef | 1 pound | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Fine dry breadcrumbs | ||
| Oil | ||
| Tomato sauce seasoned with oregano | ||
Directions
Combine beef, monosodium glutamate, salt, pepper, parsley, onion, cheese, and egg.
Mix well; shape into 16 small balls, flatten into patties.
Dip in egg, then in crumbs; cook on both sides in hot oil in skillet to desired degree of doneness.
Serve with hot tomato sauce seasoned with oregano.
