Ingredients
| Beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Pork | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 1 can chicken soup | ||
| 1 12 oz. pkg. egg noodles | ||
| American Cheese | 1/2 Pound, grated | |
| 1 sm. can pimentos, cut into small slivers | ||
| Cornflakes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Boil beef, pork, salt and pepper in water until tender; pour off 3 or 4 cups liquid.
To liquid add soup and noodles; cook until noodles are tender.
Add cheese; heat until cheese melts.
Cut cooled meat into pieces; add pimentos.
Mix meat and noodles together; put in buttered casserole.
Cover with crushed cornflakes.
Heat in oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes before serving.
