Ingredients

 Ground beef1 1/2 Pound
 Ground pork1/2 Pound
 Egg1
 Milk1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 2/3 c. ground garlic flavored potato chips

Directions

Mix all ingredients; mold into loaf.
Bake, covered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 300 degrees.
Bake uncovered, for 15 to 30 minutes longer.
Stewed tomatoes may be put in the mixture or poured over the top.
