Easy Meat Lasagna Recipe Video
Ingredients
quick tomato meat sauce
lasagna noodles
1 egg
cottage cheese
mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
basil
oregano
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
2. Medium-high heat the saucepan.
3. Add water to the pan and bring it to boil.
4. Add lasagna noodles to the pan.
5. Cook the noodles for 10 minutes.
6. Rinse noodles.
7. In a bowl, combine egg, and cottage cheese.
8. Blend them.
9. Add basil, oregano, and parmesan cheese to the bowl.
10. Blend them.
11. Layer the baking pan with just enough quick tomato meat sauce to cover the bottom of the pan.
12. Lay some of the lasagna noodles in the pan.
13. Cover the noodles with sauce, and then with cottage mixture.
14. Top with mozzarella cheese.
15. Repeat the layering.
16. Top with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
17. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for half an hour.
18. Serve.
