Meat Balls With Spicy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 clove, crushed | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup(16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Spicy Sauce | ||
Directions
Combine meat, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, garlic, egg and onion, blending well with a fork.
Shape mixture into tiny meat balls, about 3/4 inch in diameter.
Heat oil and butter in heavy skillet.
Add meat balls and brown well on all sides.
Serve hot on toothpicks with spicy sauce for dipping.
Note: If desired, brown meat balls lightly before the party then heat in shallow pan in 400 degree oven when needed.
