MAKING
1) In a pot over a hot grill, put in the minced beef and sauté till thoroughly cooked
2) Once the meat is cooked through, add in the tomato paste, cumin, celery seeds powder, onion powder, chili powder, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and the ground black pepper and mix well
3) Cook for about 30 minutes till the sauce is nice and thick
4) Cover the pot with a lid and keep aside
5) Into another pot, pour the canned beer
6) Place the sausages into the pot and simmer lightly
7) Once done, take off the heat
8) Cook off the sausages and hot dogs over the grill
9) Also grill some hot dog buns
SERVING
10) Serve the sausages into the hot dog buns and ladle the meat sauce over
