Meat Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
2 tablespoons flour
 
1 cup milk
 
1 teaspoon meat-extract paste dissolved in
 
1 cup hot water
 
Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Melt butter or margarine in small saucepan; remove from heat.
2. Blend in flour; stir in milk and meat-extract paste dissolved in hot water.
3. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils 1 minute; season to taste.
