 Ground beef5 Pound
 Onions2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped

 Canned tomatoes9 Cup (144 tbs) (cooked or and juice)
 Tomato paste2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, minced
 Salt1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Oregano1 Tablespoon
 Pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Ginger1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Allspice1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon

Directions

Brown beef; add onions and green peppers and cook slowly until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick enough for serving.
If the meat is fat, skim off excess fat before canning.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1-inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process pints 1 hour, quarts 1 hour and 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
