Ingredients

 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
 
1 lb. lean ground pork
 
1 cup salted cracker crumbs
 
3/4 cup skim milk
 
1/3 cup onion, minced
 
1 tsp yellow prepared mustard
 
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir or work with your hands to blend.
Press into well- greased ring mold.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before unmolding.
