1 1/2 pounds ground beef
 
1/4 cup milk
 
1/3 cup bread crumbs
 
Salt to taste
 
Pepper to taste
 
1 can artichoke hearts
 
1 can peeled tomatoes
 
1 can (8 ounces) creamed mushrooms
 
5 tomatoes
 
Butter for the roasting and baking pans

Directions

1. Mix the ground beef with milk and bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Spread on a roasting pan lined with greased aluminum foil.
3. Place artichoke hearts, tomato halves, and creamed mushrooms on the meat.
4. Bake in a 325°F oven for about 50 minutes.
