Meat & Potato Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Herb | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash ground allspice | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Potato | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
Directions
In medium mixing bowl, combine beef, stuffing mix, egg, 2 tablespoons onions, the pepper and allspice.
Mix well.
Shape into 4 loaves, about 3 1/2x2 inches each.
Arrange loaves in 9-inch square baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 7 to 11 minutes, or until loaves are firm and no longer pink in center, rotating dish once.
Drain.
Set aside.
In 4-cup measure, combine milk, soup and remaining 2 tablespoons onions.
Spoon mixture over loaves.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 7 to 11 minutes, or until sauce is heated, spooning sauce over loaves once.
Mix well.
