Meat N Macaroni Supper Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| 1 10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup | ||
| 1 7 1/2 or 8-ounce can (1 cup) tomatoes, cut up | ||
| Thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1/2 7-ounce package elbow macaroni, cooked and drained | ||
| 1 12-ounce can luncheon meat, cut in 1x 1/2-inch strips | ||
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 ounces sharp process American cheese, shredded | ||
Directions
In medium skillet, cook onion in butter or margarine till tender but not brown.
Stir in the soup, tomatoes, thyme, and pepper.
Add the cooked macaroni, luncheon meat, and green pepper.
Spoon into a 1 1/2 -quart casserole.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven (350°) for 35 to 40 minutes or till heated through.
