Meat N Biscuit Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked beef, lamb, pork, or veal | ||
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped tomatoes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| 1 cup cooked cut green beans | ||
| Biscuit mix | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons grated | ||
| Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
In saucepan, brown meat with oregano in butter.
Stir in soup, 1/4 cup water, tomatoes, and beans.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 450°F. for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and 1/4 cup water; mix as directed on package.
Roll into 8-inch square; sprinkle with cheese.
Roll up jelly-roll fashion; cut into 8 slices.
Place biscuits around edge.
Bake 15 minutes more or until browned.
