 Medium potatoes - 2, cooked and dry mashed
 Ground beef1 Pound
 Egg1
 French onion soup1 Ounce
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Catsup1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (TOPPING)
 Dry mustard - Pinch
 Brown sugar1 Tablespoon (TOPPING)

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to at 350°F (180°C)

MAKING
2 In a bowl, combine potatoes, beef, egg, French onion soup mix and milk.
3 Mix well and spoon into a meat loaf pan.
4 In a separate bowl, combine the topping ingredients.
5 Spread over the top of the meat loaf.
6 Bake for 1 hour (or microwave on HIGH 25 minutes.)
7 If cooked in the microwave, allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

SERVING
8 Slice and serve.
