Ingredients
| Medium potatoes - 2, cooked and dry mashed | ||
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| French onion soup | 1 Ounce | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (TOPPING) | |
| Dry mustard - Pinch | ||
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon (TOPPING) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to at 350°F (180°C)
MAKING
2 In a bowl, combine potatoes, beef, egg, French onion soup mix and milk.
3 Mix well and spoon into a meat loaf pan.
4 In a separate bowl, combine the topping ingredients.
5 Spread over the top of the meat loaf.
6 Bake for 1 hour (or microwave on HIGH 25 minutes.)
7 If cooked in the microwave, allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
SERVING
8 Slice and serve.
