Meat Loaf With Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Catsup | ||
| Pineapple juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 or 3 slices pineapple | ||
Directions
Combine the beef, onion, celery, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup catsup and pineapple juice and mix well.
Pack into a loaf pan and cover with a layer of catsup.
Garnish with pineapple slices.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
