Slow-Cooked Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
2 lbs. ground meat
1 egg
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Season to taste
2 tablespoons fat
Directions
Mix meat, well beaten egg, onions, crumbs, and seasoning.
Mold into a firm loaf.
Place Dutch Oven over medium high heat.
Then add fat and brown loaf well on all sides.
Cover and reduce heat to medium-low and cook one hour.
