Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Medium | |
| Eggs- 2 -€™s | ||
| Dry mustard | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Stewed tomatoes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread slices- 2 -€™s, coarsely chopped | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bacon strip | 4 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Pre heat an oven at 175 C (350F).
MAKING
2. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients (except bacon) and mix well.
3. Transfer mixture on to a 9 inch x 5 inch x 3 inch baking loaf pan and top with bacon strips. Bake in pre heated oven for 1 1/2 hours or till done.
4. Once baked, remove from oven and keep aside to cool.
SERVING
5. Serve warm.
