Garlic Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Green pepper or pimiento - 1 chopped | ||
| Ground beef | 1 pound, mixed | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Wheat germ | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brewer's yeast - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Kelp | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sea salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Thyme | 1 Pinch | |
| Basil | 1 Pinch | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
2.Heat oil and saute onion, green pepper or pimiento.
3.Once tender, turn off the flame and Add beef, egg, wheat germ, yeasy, garlic, kelp, tomato juice, thyme and basil.
4.Mix well.
5.Take a greased shallow baking dish, Add the mixture in it in a loaf form.
6.Add a sprinkling of paprika and bake for 40 minutes.
SERVING
7.Serve warm.
