 Onion1 , chopped
 Green pepper or pimiento - 1 chopped
 Ground beef1 pound, mixed
 Egg1
 Wheat germ1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brewer's yeast - 2 tablespoons
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Kelp1 Teaspoon
 Sea salt1 Teaspoon
 Tomato juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Thyme1 Pinch
 Basil1 Pinch
 Parsley3 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2.Heat oil and saute onion, green pepper or pimiento.
3.Once tender, turn off the flame and Add beef, egg, wheat germ, yeasy, garlic, kelp, tomato juice, thyme and basil.
4.Mix well.
5.Take a greased shallow baking dish, Add the mixture in it in a loaf form.
6.Add a sprinkling of paprika and bake for 40 minutes.

SERVING
7.Serve warm.
