Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Deviled ham | 1 1/2 Ounce | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Basil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, deviled ham, the soft bread crumbs, parsley, beaten egg, onion, salt, basil, tomato juice, and pepper
2. Form the mixture in a firm loaf
3. In a large shallow greased baking pan, place the meat loaf and press down firmly
4. Bake at 350° 1 hr 1 1/2 hrs
SERVING
5. Serve hot or cold with tomato sauce
