Ingredients

 Stewing beef1 1/2 Pound, minced
 Pork8 Ounce, minced
 Onion1 Large, finely chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Mushrooms8 Ounce
 Plain flour1 Tablespoon
 Breadcrumbs4 Ounce
 Salt To Taste
 Black pepper4 Ounce
 Nutmeg1/2 Teaspoon
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Mixed herbs1 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Tomato ketchup1 Tablespoon
 Eggs2 Large, beaten
 Butter1 Ounce
 Oil1 Teaspoon (Leveled)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Pre-heat the oven to 375°F/190°C/Gas 5.

MAKING
2) Take a 2 lb base lined, loaf tin. Greased it with butter.
3) Heat a pan and melt butter and oil. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
4) Put in chopped mushrooms and sauté until soft.
5) Take a large dish, put in the meats, add the mushroom mixture and the remaining ingredients. Toss and mix well.
6) Take the well greased loaf tin, and transfer everything into it.
7) Bake in for 45 minutes. Lower to 350°F/180°C/Gas 4 and bake for a further 30-35 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
