 Italian-seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 cup (use plain crumbs, if desired)
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Swiss Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced

 Dry onion-soup mix - 2 tablespoons
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together all ingredients.
2) In a loaf-shaped baking dish, put the mixture or place it in a 2-quart casserole by figuring into a loaf by hand.
3) Cook for 12 to 14 minutes on Medium for a 1-pound meat loaf and for 20 to 22 minutes for a 2-pound meat loaf.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
