Ingredients

| 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash Tabasco | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Ground veal | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Ground pork | 1/2 Pound | |
Directions
In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, beaten, crumbs, mustard, seasonings, onion, green pepper and parsley, and mix well.
Add ground meats and mix with fork or with hands.
Turn into greased 6 cup (1.5 L) ring mold.
Cook at 70% power level for 20 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes, then drain off any juices that have not reabsorbed.
Serve warm, or in the summer time slice cold and garnish with salad greens and cherry tomatoes.
