Meat Loaf Recipe
This recipe of Meat Loaf was picked up by me from a gourmet magazine, I twisted it a little bit to meet my taste here I am, sharing my version with you. Best enjoyed as a Main Dish this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. The most essential ingredient in Meat Loaf is always Meat Meatloaf. Add this Meat Loaf to your list of choicest foods and make it whenever you want to.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 T parsley, chopped
1 T corn germ oil
1/4 c soy grits, soaked in 1/2 c water
1 onion, grated
2 tomatoes, pureed
1 t lemon juice
1/2 c wheat germ
1 t tarragon
Directions
Combine all ingredients and shape into loaf.
Bake in 350° oven for one hour.
Baste occasionally with a tablespoon or two of bouillon.
