Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 T corn germ oil | ||
| 1/4 c soy grits, soaked in 1/2 c water | ||
| Onion | 1 , grated | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , pureed | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Wheat germ | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tarragon | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and shape into loaf.
Bake in 350° oven for one hour.
Baste occasionally with a tablespoon or two of bouillon.
