Ingredients

 Beef350 Gram, minced
 Sausage meat100 Gram
 1 onion, skinned and finely chopped
 Mixed herbs5 Milliliter
 Tomato ketchup15 Milliliter
 Sauce15 Milliliter
 White breadcrumbs25 Gram
 Egg1 , beaten
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a mixing bowl, stir the minced beef and sausagemeat together until well blended.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Shape the mixture into a thick roll that will fit into the pressure cooker.
Wrap it in foil, pleating it to allow for expansion.
Seal each end tightly.
Put the trivet in the pressure cooker, place the foil-wrapped loaf on top and add 600 ml (1 pint) hot water.
Put the lid on the cooker, bring up to high (15 lb) pressure, then cook for 25 minutes.
Reduce pressure quickly.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or cold with salads.
