Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lean ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in (9 x 5-inch) loaf dish.
Spread mixture evenly in dish.
MICROWAVE 20 to 25 MINUTES on '6', or until set in center.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Garnish with slices of cherry tomato and parsley sprigs, if desired.
For ovens without solid state heat control, MICROWAVE 25 to 30 MINUTES on '5'.
