 Ground ham or prosciutto - 2/3 cup, cooked
 Ground white meat of chicken - 1 cup, cooked
 Ground veal1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
 Egg yolks2
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
2) Blend the meat mixture thoroughly into a smooth paste.
3) Shape the meat mixture into olive sized balls.

SERVING
4) Use the Meat Filling as a filling in Ravioli or as required.
