| Creamed cottage cheese | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Minced cooked meat | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Beef, Ham, Chicken, Turkey, Or Tongue) | |
| Chopped pepper | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Red Or Green) | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon |

Directions
2. Remove from heat, add 1/2 cup water and cottage cheese, and beat thoroughly. Chill until slightly thickened.
3. Mix meat, chopped pepper, salt, and pepper into thickened gelatin. Turn into a 1 quart mold or 4 individual 8-ounce molds. Chill until set.
4. Unmold salad and garnish with salad greens.
