Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2. FOR MAKING SAUCE
In a large bowl add stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, sugar and grape jelly. Mix well until smooth and set aside.
3. FOR MAKING MEAT BALLS
In a bowl, add shredded veganrella cheese, garlic, onion, walnuts, wheat germ, salt, sage, egg replacer and mix well to combine. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the balls until brown.

FINALIZING
4. Transfer the meat balls into a baking dish and pour over the sauce to cover the meat balls. Place in the oven at 350 Degree F for 30 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve the Vegan Meat Balls with the potato salad, roasted peppers and onion.
