Ingredients

 
1 cup shredded veganrella cheese
 
1 clove garlic(chopped)
 
1/2 onion(chopped)
 
1 cup walnuts
 
1 cup wheat germ
 
1/2 tsp salt
 
1/2 tsp sage
 
6 tsp egg replacer
 
8 tbsp water
 
Sauce:
 
1 bowl mixture of stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, sugar, 1/4 cup grape jelly or
 
chili/ spaghetti sauce with jelly

Directions

1) In a bowl, add shredded veganrella cheese garlic, onion, walnuts, wheat germ, salt, sage,6 teaspoons egg replacer mixed with 8 tablespoons water, mix well to combine.
2) Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls.
3) In a pan, heat the oil and fry the balls until brown.
4) Remove in an ovenproof dish and pour over the sauce to cover the meat balls.
5) Place in the oven at 350 Degree F for 30 minutes.
6) Serve with the potato salad, roasted peppers and onion.
