Meat Ball Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten | ||
| Ground beef | 1/2 pound, browned | |
| Baking powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients, excluding egg whites.
Blend well.
Fold in egg whites.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased hot griddle.
When puffed and browned, turn and brown other side.
Serve at once, with a mushroom sauce or a creamed vegetable.
