Ingredients

 Mutton500 Gram (For 4)
 Potatoes1 Kilogram (For 4)
 Onions225 Gram (For 4)
 Pepper1 (For 4)
 Salt To Taste (For 4)
 Stock of water 590 ml.
 Shortcrust pastry
 Refined flour115 Gram (For 4)
 Butter60 Gram (For 4)
 Baking powder1/4 Teaspoon (For 4)
 Salt a pinch
 Cold water to mix

Directions

1. Wash and cut meat.
2. Peel and cut potatoes.
3. Peel and slice onions.
4. Put meat, onions and seasoning in a pan, cover with stock and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
5. Add potatoes and cook till meat is tender. Cool.
6. Transfer into pie dish, cover with shortcrust pastry, decorating top with leaves.
7. Bake at 205° C (400° F) for 15 minutes.
