Ingredients

 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Butter2 Tablespoon, melted
 1 10 1/2 -ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
 1 8-ounce can tomatoes, cut up
 Dried thyme1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 Elbow macaroni1/2 7 Ounce, cooked, drained
 1 12-ounce can luncheon meat, cut in 1 x 1/2-inch strips
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 American Cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded

Directions

In medium skillet, cook onion in butter till tender, but not brown.
Stir in the soup, tomatoes, thyme, and dash pepper.
Add the cooked macaroni, luncheon meat, and green pepper.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven (350°) for 35 to 40 minutes or till heated through.
