Ingredients

 2 cups / 350 g / 12 oz brown rice
 Chicken broth2 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 225 g / 8 oz diced cooked meat
 Banana1 , sliced
 Red apple1 , diced
 Green apple1 , diced
 1 peach, peeled and diced
 15 ml / 1 tbsp lemon juice
 3/4 cup / 100 g / 4 oz cashew nuts
 Golden Raisins1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Place the rice in a deep dish, add the hot stock (broth), cover and cook on high for 30-35 minutes. Let it stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
Toss the apples and banana in the lemon juice. Combine with the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on medium for 5 minutes.
