Meat and Crescent Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups Freezer Ground Meat Mix | ||

| 1/4 cup sliced pimiento- stuffed olives | ||
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 2 Ounce, drained | |
| Dried thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| American Cheese slice | 4 | |
Directions
GETTING READY 1) In a large saucepan, combine Freezer Ground Meat Mix and 1/4 cup of water to thaw the mix. 2) Over low heat, cover and simmer and cook for 15 minutes. 3) Using a fork, break up mix and cook further for 5 minutes. MAKING 4) Separate cres-cent dough into 4 rectangles and press perforations to seal. 5) In a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish, place the rectangles and press 3 rectangles onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of the dish. 6) In the oven, place the dish and bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes. 7) Combine together the tomato sauce and onion and stir in olives, mushrooms, thyme, and 1/8 tespoon pepper. 8) Add meat and spread the mixture atop crust. 9) Cut the remaining dough into 4 triangles and arrange atop casserole. 10) Brush it with milk. 11) In the oven, bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. 12) Halve cheese slices and atop casserole. 13) Bake for 5 minutes more. SERVING 14) Serve hot.
