Mean Green Bean Casserole Recipe
|Frozen green beans||20 Ounce (2 Packages Of 10 Ounce Each)|

|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|

For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan.
Stir in the flour, salt and pepper, and cook slowly for 3 minutes.
Do not let the mixture brown.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the milk slowly, stirring to combine.
Return the pan to the heat and cook slowly, stirring until thickened.
Then add the cheese, reserving 1/4 cup, stirring constantly.
When the cheese melts, stir in the soy sauce and Tabasco.
In a buttered baking dish, spread half the vegetable mixture, then half the green beans, and then half the cheese sauce.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients in the same order.
Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.
Place in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the French fried onions on the top and bake for 10 more minutes.
Serve piping hot.
