Directions

Mix together mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, sugar.
Add egg & beat well with beater.
Gradually add, and beat constantly, the 1/2 cup salad oil.
Add alternately, beating well after each addition, 3 Tblsp cider vinegar.

Mayonnaise should be stiff enough to hold its shape.
